Your Green Clean Crew – Terms of Service
Effective Date: 7/14/2025
By booking, accepting, or receiving services from Your Green Clean Crew (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
Your Green Clean Crew provides residential and commercial cleaning services using independent cleaning professionals and/or employees assigned by the Company. The Company determines staffing, scheduling, and service standards.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
Some cleaning professionals performing services are independent contractors (1099) engaged by the Company. They are not employees of the Client, and all work arrangements, compensation, and supervision are handled exclusively by the Company.
3. Non-Solicitation / Non-Circumvention (Critical Clause)
To protect our business, workforce, and service quality:
- The Client agrees not to solicit, hire, engage, or contract directly with any cleaner, crew member, or service provider introduced through Your Green Clean Crew.
- This restriction applies during active service and for 24 months after the last date of service, whether for paid or unpaid work.
- This includes direct, indirect, short-term, long-term, one-time, or recurring arrangements.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due as agreed at booking or per invoice terms.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Returned payments may incur administrative fees.
- Promotional discounts or credits are non-transferable.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require [24 / 48] hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
- Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service.
6. Access & Safety
The Client agrees to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises.
- Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.
- Notify us in advance of hazardous conditions, biohazards, or special instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may address the issue.
Refunds or re-cleans are issued at the Company’s discretion and do not apply to pre-existing conditions or excluded items.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items not reasonably expected to be cleaned.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty installations, aging materials, or undisclosed fragile items.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for:
- Non-payment
- Violation of these Terms
- Unsafe or hostile conditions
- Repeated cancellations or abuse of staff
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes. We do not sell client data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or continuing service with Your Green Clean Crew, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
