How do I get an estimate and book my first cleaning?
Getting started is easy. You can request an estimate online, by phone (425-310-4012), or by text. We’ll ask a few quick questions about your home and cleaning needs, provide a transparent quote, and help you book a time that works for you.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a late cancellation fee. This allows us to respect our crews’ schedules.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning service, or can I provide a key?
You do not need to be home. Many clients provide a key, lockbox code, or garage access. Your instructions are securely documented, and our crews follow strict access protocols.
Do you offer one-time cleanings (like move-in/move-out) or just recurring services?
We offer both.
- One-time cleanings (deep clean, move-in/move-out)
- Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

The Cleaning Process
What specific tasks are included in a "Standard Clean" versus a "Deep Clean"?
Standard Clean: Ongoing maintenance cleaning covering all main living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
Deep Clean: Everything in a Standard Clean plus extra attention to buildup, detailed baseboards, inside microwave, and hard-to-reach areas. (Refer to 60-point checklist. First-time cleanings typically start with a Deep Clean.)
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment, or should I provide them?
Yes. We bring all eco-friendly, professional-grade supplies and equipment. Our products are non-toxic and safe for kids and pets.
If you have special products you prefer, just let us know.
How many cleaning professionals will be sent to my home?
Crew size depends on your home’s size and service type. Most cleanings are completed by a team of 2-3 trained professionals to ensure efficiency and quality.
Are there any specific items or areas that you do not clean (e.g., biohazards, high reach areas)?
Yes. For safety and quality reasons, we do not clean:
- Biohazards or mold remediation
- Heavy grease or construction debris
- High-reach areas beyond safe ladder height
- Exterior spaces (garages, patios, decks)
- Laundry or dishes unless pre-approved
These services may be available as add-ons with advance notice.

Can I request the same cleaner for every visit to ensure consistency?
Yes. We do our best to assign the same crew consistently, especially for recurring clients. While schedules can vary, consistency is a top priority.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with the cleaning service provided?
Your satisfaction matters. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right promptly under our YGCC Clean Promise.
How do you handle breakages or damages if they occur during a cleaning?
While rare, accidents can happen. Any damage must be reported immediately, and we handle claims professionally through our insurance when appropriate.

What payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?
We accept credit/debit cards/Checks and electronic payments. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged for recurring clients.
